Owner strategy

As a company increases in value, it becomes more difficult to keep the property in one pair of hands. Corporate governance must not only do full justice to the more complex requirements; it is also important that common owner interests be clarified. Even in the long run, the best corporate strategy is of little use if no owner strategy has been clearly defined and implemented.

The way people deal and work with one another within the sphere of ownership is different to that within corporate management. If long-term stable relationships are to be achieved, it sometimes needs a lot of patience for a consensus to be found. Nor can emotive topics simply be ignored. I would therefore be pleased to accompany you down this not always easy – but ultimately decisive – road.
