When it comes to organising the sphere of ownership, at least three aspects usually play an important role: the family/owner, the company and the property/assets. If long-term solutions are to be found, solutions that are to remain effective well into the next generation, all three of these aspects should be given close consideration. It is, however, often the case that the focus is mainly on the family / owner aspect since it is here that there is the greatest need for concerted action.
